what coherence means

Coherence is the alignment between four pillars of self — mental, physical, emotional, and energetic. When these are in sync, there is an ease to how you move through the world. Decisions feel clearer. Relationships are more intentional. Direction is purposeful.

When they are not in sync, the gap shows up as regressive patterns, recurring friction, and the feeling that something is slightly off — even when everything looks right from the outside.

That gap is not a failure. It is information. And it is where this work begins.

This workbook moves through six structured parts to help develop clarity around where your coherence may be impacted or disrupted.

It draws lightly on creative therapies, neuroscience, NLP, the study of human energy and consciousness, as well as the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. These are referenced in the frameworks and prompts, not as instructions.
